Yea, it’s still All To The Good. I just got a makeover. And I’m gonna start talking about new things. Not to mention, I’ve learned some new tricks too ;.)

The previous design was a good start, and I would still recommend using Google’s blogging program if you’re just getting started in blogging. But I’d like to do more now, and being that I’m a computer programmer, I decided to make the switch to Wordpress. I’ll review the differences between Blogger and Wordpress in another article… but for most people, it mainly comes down to the ease of setup.

I’m still going to keep http://AllToTheGood.blogspot.com up for awhile (you’ll find a permanent link in the “blogroll” section). Eventually, I’ll transition most of the articles over here, and finally auto-redirect people from that site to here.

Let me know what you like about the new look! Or what you liked about the old one!

What’s up with you and background images on your web pages? Didn’t those go out of style with the 90’s???

I can’t believe that AlltotheGood.com is finally here!!!

I’m bringin em back ;.) I plan on rotating the backgrounds regularly… even to solid colors & patterns… then I’ll take a poll.

Yep, AllToTheGood is finally here, and here to stay. I plan on doing a hell of alot more with the interface and (obviously) more articles, but I had to put it up sometime. Like George Lucas once said “We’ve never actually finished a movie, we’ve just released it”.

I’ve done a bunch to the site even since this article was written. Had to ditch the background image for readability purposes. Overhauled the comments section. 300 lines of my own css code, and a handful of edits to the php code. I’ve pretty much rewritten the theme.

And what is that? Is it content? It couldn’t be. HaHa… I’m gonna try and focus on getting more content up here. Keep repeating to self: Shorter articles, more often.
